looking for a custom, would love your opinions

I have always wanted a custom slip joint and wondering if you tents would share your thoughts.

I have about 250 to spend and am pretty open on the pattern and materials just prefer sub 4 inches. I love Mr wiseman's work but have not seen much for sale from him lately

I was going to suggest Gene Wiseman even before I saw his name in your post. In that price range I would seriously consider contacting him to see what he can make for you.

John Lloyd would be another good one to check out for slip joints in that price range. I know there's plenty of pictures to be found in here to give you examples of his work.
