Looking for a date 😉

Have these two Case folders and can’t figure out the dates on these guys. ‘60s or ‘70s?
I understand the dot system. The Canoe has 3 dots and the large pen has 8.
The Canoe has a glued in shield, the Pen is pinned.
Brass pins on the Canoe, and nickel silver on the Pen.

I can remember that
Last Digit of Date = 10 – (Number of Dots and Xs),
but I always need to check the chart to make sure I have the correct decade based on script used for CASE.

The main thing I learned from this researching is that the tang stamps were similar for both eras, but the ‘60s version has no dots.
