Looking for a decent 2-3pc set

So the situation is... My grandfathers birthday is coming up in October and he loves cooking and so naturally he loves his knives.. So after seeing my new knives I've picked up on here My grandmother asked me if I could see about getting him a nice hand forged set of 2-3 knives. He doesn't have a cleaver so we were thinking maybe a small/med size cleaver (all he does is turkey and chicken usually) because he has mentioned wanting one recently. And then maybe a gyuto and a santoku or general utility knife. don't have a huge budget but a few hundred would be fine and on that budget and timeframe I realize I'll probably need someone who is more of an up and comer or somebody who has some stuff pre made sitting around they are looking to move (which is totally fine with me). I know he likes a nice rustic look but being on a budget beggars can't be choosers, any nice looking clean knives I'd be down with.
