Looking for a Double edged fixed blade

Hey guys how are yah

Today I showed a friend a CRKT first strike & he liked the knife very much and wanted one like it. He had a few conditions though.

1) The knife should be double edged
2) Good Steel Some thing that will not rust( I don't know much about steels)
3) The size should be the same or close to the First Strike
4) The weight should be a bit lighter than the First strike
5) Around 70 bucks

I'm a newb when it comes to knifes and an even bigger newb when it comes to a double edged knife. Please post suggestion.

I have a S&W HRT3 dagger, its full tang and feels pretty solid, and its compact enough for easy concealed carry.
 
No I think thats the HRT8. Mines the smaller one with rubber handle and kydex sheath.
 
How about a Falkniven Garm? I think it's VG-10. Or a Boker Applegate in 440C, the German Special Forces use the black coated double edge version.
