The Kershaw Chill is an excellent little knife for less than 20 bucks. Slim, (3" blade) lightweight, (2 0z.) and has G-10 handles. I've been very impressed with the one I bought. (3" blade)

i suggest a crkt drifter. It's can be found cheaper than your price range, it's 3 inches and it comes with a framelock (if you opt for that version).
