Looking for a fixed...

I may just have it for use in my home or I may use it for EDC, thus why I'd like it to have a blade length of 3" or less due to my lovely Los Angeles Municipal Code barring me from a fixed blade over that for open carry.

Now, for more specifics...
I'm looking for a nice, lovely black carbon blade.
3" or so, as near to 3" as we can get!
A magnetic sheath!

I used to have a blade similar to this, but it was 4" and I lost it anyway, but I did enjoy the sort of style it had as far as smaller blades go and the magnetic sheath:

Any help is appreciated.
Oh, and I'm new to this forum and knife-buying, if you will, so do try to be easy on a newbie.

Got the BK11. Added handle scales. Great EDC.

An Izula or Esee 3 would be a good choice.

Izula 2 or BK14 would fit the bill well except for the magnetic sheath, but that can be fixed with one of those peel and stick magnetic business cards trimmed to shape and stuck to the sheath.
