Looking for a Gentle Handed Knife Tuner

I have a certain manufacturers titanium handled sv35v blade folder that needs a bit of magic/voodoo or whatever they throw at it on the lock. It is very sticky and have tried all the tricks I've found posted on BF to make it function normally. The lockbar is carbidized and is not getting better with incessant flicking, gentle opening and swift opening. I've written the manufacturer with no response and it say's on their web page they do not cover this problem. I love the knife and have another one that is the best flipper I've ever flipped. If I can't find someone here on BF's I'm convinced I'm f#@*ed and will have to sell it a loss If anyone knows of such a guru that can help PLEASE let me know so I can live happily ever after, or if you know what mfg I'm not speaking of and think you may know how to handle this please email me at changaboy at google mail dot com.
