Looking for a good folding 4" slicer for EDC. Help me please!

I have a Spyderco Military and I want something that is about the same length. But I want a skinnier blade (less height from spine to edge). Budget is about $150. Must be 4" or less do to the laws in my locality.

So far I have looked at the Al Mar Eagle HD which is nice but I wish it wasn't AUS8 because it runs between $120-130.

The Second is the Spyderco Calypso sprint. I REALLY like the design but the price ( about $140) is putting a damper on my plans.

Have I overlooked any good folding 4" slicers?
 
The Benchmade 710 can be considered skinnier. I have not yet found a good quality modern 4" SLICER. The best BLADE for me, in a folder this size, would be an Opinel No 9 or No 10 in carbon steel.
 
I have one of those Al Mar Eagle's. Nice thin lightweight knife. Yes, the blade steel of AUS-8 is the same as Cold Steel uses, but Cold Steel's holds an edge longer. The Al Mar your gonna need a hone on you if you use it like you mean it. Too bad really, because it is a nice knife. It is a 4.0 inch blade though, while you say you want less than 4 inch.
