Looking for a good knife

Hello everyone. I just wanna ask where I can buy knives in Philippines (im pinoy). I can't find any good models here, online and in shops. I only found one good site online www.tacticalasia.com. But the knives I want are not sold there... or out of stock. I only have budget of $50 (2.4k php), my savings from my monthly allowance. (Knife laws are not strict here, I want to bring a good well rounded utility knife in school) I'm thinking of buying the byrd cara cara2 or the cold steel double agent. Again, I want to ask where or from whom I can buy bargain knives or second hand spyderco, coldsteel, benchmade, etc all under $50. I'm kinda new to this knife thing, I only owned cheap pocket knives of which I bought from malls.
I really wanna buy from knivesshipfree.com but the shipping is more expensive than the knife I wanted itself.
