Right now, the only fixed blade H-1 knives Spyderco's making are the Jumpmaster and Warrior (oh, and the whale rescue thingy). They are both somewhat specialized designs with very clear missions in mind: one of them is fighting design with a long history (a quick search will reveal it's pedigree) and the other is meant for cutting rope and stuff like that. If a fully serrated sheepfoot fits our everyday needs, the the Jumpmaster might be a good choice.
Might I ask why you're limiting yourself to H-1? Spyderco has some really nice fixed blades in other very good steels. Models like the Moran and Enuff are the first to come to mind, both are reasonably sized (2.75" blade on the Enuff, and a hair under 4" on the Moran), low maintenance (synthetic handles and sheaths, stainless steel blades) and come with very practical sheaths. VG-10 is pretty good stuff, it certainly isn't as impervious to rust as H-1 but it has better edge retention and the blades can be flat ground (my preference over hollow ground blades).
