looking for a hand crank radio/light for emergencies

Seems like my power goes out here a lot. I think I need a radio/light/whatever that is powered by crank. Can you guys recommend one?

I had one and my hand eventually got tired from all that cranking. I stocked up on batteries instead. A 6-D Maglite LED flashlight runs several days straight on the same set of batteries.

I use rechargeable batteries and I can charge them in my car if necessary.

My little one can be charged by cranking, solar, and USB port.
They are suggested by the Red Cross IIRC.
They come in really well too, for such a small radio.
I noticed that the last time I went to Cabelas, they had a large selection of the models there. Some are full sized big radios.

I did a little research on these earlier this month (anticipating for Winter).

What might be common knowledge to most (but was not to me) was that Grundig makes their own line and they also make the Eton line. All the features that you could need (including Short Wave options) and one USB port. This one even features a port for charging your Cell phone.

The one thing that was common with most of the Crank models was that to reach optimum charge they require 120 Cranks per minute for several minutes. That would be handy when you don't have Heat.
