Recommendation? Looking for a knife maker

Hope I have posted ok. I like a forged spear point double edge fixed blade integral guard, tang and butt cap. I know the last is hard to get right. The blade 3"-4". I have the dimensions I want that fit my hand but finding a blade smith that will forge it is hard. Any recommendations

Adam Desrosiers also does some amazing forged integrals...but again, MS prices, though worth every penny
