Looking for something like this but would hold 1 knife on each side, something that can hold smaller knifes maybe 10 inches or under.

I've never seen anything like it you will probably have to go custom...... There are great leather workers here who'd be happy to help..... Maybe there is a place to get them not custom idk someone more experienced then me would probably be able to tell you I'm more into the kydex side of the sheath industry

I tried something like this once before out of curiosity, a lot of my personal projects are sort of "hope this works" in nature. From my playing with it I wouldn't really recommend the setup up for just two knives even rather large ones, your shoulders will get sore very quickly and your liable to pop all of the belt loops off if you use belt ties and don't reinforce your pants. Without belt ties it flails too much to move past a normal walk.

I made a shoulder rig (just to see if I could :) ) based on the WW2 USGI Tanker Holster.

Not a concealment rig with the strap going across your chest.
But it is modular and fits a large number of my big FBs

Back in the 80's Gerber made a shoulder rig for their MK1.
It was a large 2" strip of elastic, much like a suspender strap, with velcro on both ends.
It went around your shoulders in a figure 8.
The sheath attachment had a back panel of stiff leather that the strap threaded through. It was covered in velcro.
The knife sheath had a matching back of velcro, making it a bit adjustable.

The downside was that the handle of the inverted knife was down around the belt line making it difficult to grab.

Dozier makes a concealment rig for his NY Special that's simplicity itself.

Hope that helps.
