Looking for a classy knife with wood grip. I want something modern, decent steel. No liner locks. Ideally, 3-3.3" blade length. Under 4.5 oz. Tip up carry clip. Price: under $150
Any ideas?

Spyderco Sage 4 - You can get it around you price range if you look.
Benchmade Bone Collector in Walnut

Other ones off the top of my head but they ARE liner locks:
Lonewolf Swale
Lonewolf Trask
Mcusta

I probably should have lowered my weight limit. I really like the Sage 4, but I do think it is heavy for what you get. My length limit is flexible, so I set the weight limit higher, just so I didn't lose any suggestions the might be bigger.

I have been looking at the Bone Collector Mini, just because I think the regular is very thick in the handle. Thoughts on that?

Other suggestions?

Pick a knife you like and email Luke at Cuscadi - he can make a custom set of scales for you in almost any kind of wood you like.
