Looking for a knife with screwdriver.

I have a Vic Soldier. I've seen the Leathermans. Anything else out there? I'd like a folding locking blade with a philips and flat screwdriver. If anyone knows of any other brands to check out besides the two listed, I'd love to hear about it. Oh, and I'm really looking for more of a knife than a multi-tool style tool.

Wenger Ranger series?
Leatherman Crater or Expanse lockback knives?
 
I had a Buck X-Tract that worked really well as an edc till my GF ran off with it!
 
I once saw an AG Russell folder that was somewhat traditional looking, similar to a Buck 110, but it had a phillips driver on it similar to what you'd find on a a Vic Tinker. It was a nice looking knife, don't recall what they called it, but it's worth checking into a bit if it sound like a style you might have interest in. I don't think it had a flat driver either though.
 
CRKT Ta-Bar Tool if you would go the Fixed route.
Otherwise I'd say the Gerber Obsidian would be a solid choice.
