Looking for a knifemaker to build me a lockback barlow

I'm looking for a maker who has experience and interest in making barlows. I have some pretty specific design specs and have a clear idea of what the knife should and shouldn't be. I'm looking for clean, precise execution with an attention to detail. If the project goes well I might be interested in several iterations of the same design with different materials.

Anyone out there who's qualified and interested?
