I recently had a chance to try both the ESEE-3 and JG3. I'm wondering if there is a fixed blade knife out there that is close to being a cross between these two. I'm specifically looking for a larger knife that has the blade/handle profile of the JG3.
Approximate specs would be:
OAL: ~8-8.5"
Blade length: ~3.5 - 4.0"
Blade thickness: ~1.25-1.88"
The blade/handle profile is the key however.
This would be a user knife for EDC (IWB) and outdoor use.
