My best friend is looking for a maker for his next everyday beat the hell out of it knife. I told him this time he should go with something forged out of 5160 with a differental heat treat. He insists on having a convex edge. I think he also wants sort of a chute style knife since his last one was and he was happy with it. That is untill he did something with it and snapped the blade in half. Are there any makers here interested in making something along those lines?
