Looking for a new folder

Alright, so I'm looking for a new folder for some time in the near future. Here's what I'm looking for:
A little bit of color to the handle, though nothing outrageous, just not black. It looks like all of my knives are black...
I don't like shiny blades, has to have some kind of finish on it, though preferably not black....
My lock preferences, in order, are Frame Lock, Axis Lock, Liner Lock - I don't really like slip joints or back locks....
Need to keep it around $150
PE Blade, no serrations and no recurve (though I do love it, I've got a few too many)
I like a little bit of weight to my knives, nothing ultra-light.
I do prefer clips with tip up carry, though tip down is not a deal breaker...
Not looking for a tanto blade, reverse tanto is ok, but no tanto (got a few too many of those too...)

I welcome any suggestions... though I'd like a link to a picture of one to be included. If anything else dawns on me I'll update the requirements. Thanks a ton for the help. :D

Just saw a Benchmade Kulgera for $139. Seems tp fit all of my req's. Anyone have any reviews?

Id go for a spyderco para mili d2. It has a satin blade but your gonna have a tough time finding a non black blade anyways. It uses a compression lock and is kinda like a liner lock on the back :P

Heres a couple pics of mine:

I like that, need to keep an eye fot it. Never really been drawn twords spyderco, but may have to check that one out.
Keep em coming folks

I've been carrying a Kershaw OD-1 lately. It's a slim, but solid-feeling, framelock flipper. The orange G10 version features a stonewashed blade. It's way under your budget at around $40.

I re-handled mine in desert ironwood burl. I carry it as my gentleman's folder. I don't have any pictures of the stock version.

That's a nice looking blade there.

Doesn't meet all your requirements, but it's a damn nice knife.

Meets your requirements, also a nice knife.

Check out the Kershaw G-10 Tyrade's. These fit your requirements, especially the one about a little weight to the knife. They come in black, orange, and tan G-10. Lock is a liner lock, but it is a thick piece of hardened stainless steel, ~.080" thick, and Kershaw makes it right. Blade is a very fine bead blast and is a composite blade of 154CM and a cutting edge of CPMD2. All for under $100.00, one of the, if not the best, values in the knife world today! Take a look at www.knifeworks.com

Actually, the more I look at that first Spyderco, the more I love it. That last custom folder too. Quite the conundrum.....

Of all the folders I have, here are the 3 that get the most use that meet your criteria:

Benchmade Griptillian (mini or full size)
Spyderco Para Military
Any Emerson (CQC-7, CQC-8, A100, Comander)

I don't own the Para but the full-size Military, in orange. I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

The Burger looks sweet though...especially that Damascus one
