Everyone here who knows me here knows I’m a diehard overbuilt fixed blade guy, so this is a little out of the norm for me. I’m looking for a high end production folder between $500-$800. My preferences are a Magnacut, 3V or Cruwear blade, titanium scales, durable and robust (not insanely overbuilt), 3.5-4” blade and 8oz or lighter. I’m thinking McNees, Demko, Les George and Curtiss. Looking for other suggestions and user feedback. Not into CRK, Medford or Strider. What do the high end folder aficionados recommend?

AD-20 in the steel of your choice would be a winner, imho. Great lock, great steel, stout construction and good edge.

I think you'll be very pleased.
Definitely on the radar! I really like the AD-20 design.

Hmm, while I'm into high end folders, what I like are more in the edge retention over toughness, like Elmax, S90V, S125V, S390, M390, etc. If that doesn't bother you, in that price range I like Cheburkov, Biryukov, and R&H knives Tasca 2. Jim at Seamus knives might be able to make you one of his designs in Magnacut or Cruwear.

Brown FSD or FSD Mini. I'm looking for a Mini. Not a framelock, which is a plus IMO. And has a fuller so can be opened that way.

Oh, if you want a high-end gentleman's knife, I recommend the Chris Reeve Mnandi. Let me know if this is of interest.

As of right now I’m at the Demko, Les George, Spartan and McNees. I might get all four of these through out the year.
It would just be foolish not to get the Talos that King George will be releasing this year. It matches all of your requirements, and will be the first release of the Talos in a few years. And you may even be lucky enough to get jumped into the exclusive Les G’s gang!

ALL HAIL KING GEORGE!
DO IT!
😎
