I posted a little while back about wanting an new EDC for daily carry. I got a lot of great recommendations and I think I might have one picked out. what I am wondering is if anyone has any insight into the model I am looking at.

So I am going to get a Enzo Birk 75 most likely. It seems like a perfect length and all around a very well made knife. My question is, what handle material? I like the look of the G10 with the contours but also like the look of the Curly Birch. This is where I am split pretty much. My normal EDC now is a buck vantage pro but with the dymondwood handles on it. I love the wood look.

any thoughts guys?

I would love to do that. Darn you guys for making me want to spend more money. Lol. I'm budgeting myself for only one of them at the moment though :(.

Anyone have experience with either of them?

Both look mighty fine though I would favor the birch.

Not sure if you are looking for suggestions, but the Benchmade bone collector and lone woof gents knives are good EDC's also.

Those are my thoughts as well. I purposely switched out the g10 scales on my vantages for the dymondwood. They look so much nicer and still have the s30v blades.

Black G-10 is so ubiquitous that I take any chance I can get to choose a different colour or handle material. So in this case I'd go with the birch handled model.
