I can recommend two, but heard good things from many others.
I have the Chinese made Tekut Ceramic Knife, and a Schrade ceramic folder (made in the same factory but branded differently, I think). Lighweigth, sharp as a razor and comfortable to use. The tekut is a bit slippery, so it can become a problem when preparing food or with greasy hands. These two are budget options. This year Schrade will release many ceramic folders with different blade sizes and they seem promising for their relatively low price.
I recommend checking Knifecenter for ceramic folders, just search "Schrade Ceramic" on their website. They have other brands that offer ceramic folders.
Skallagrim (a relatively well known knife nut from Youtube) did a review on two Schrades, you might want to check it out:

And a good knife reviewer, GideonsTactical, did another review on a popular ceramic folder:

WeAllJuggleKnives did a review as well:

I hope to have helped you a bit!
