Looking for a nice laptop bag/backpack

I just ordered a 16" ASUS laptop and need something to put it in. The laptop is 15.6x10.6x1.6 and I'm going to be hauling to and from work a few times a week. I am split between a shoulder bag and a backpack to carry it. The power supply is rather large (120W), so sleeves are out.

I'm strongly leaning towards the STM Swich Large Laptop Should Bag and know that I want something in that style. Nothing too tactical or cheesy, just a simple tough bag. Any suggestions are greatly appriciated!
 
I can highly recommend a bag made by the Tom Bihn company. All their bags are hand made in the US using very sturdy materials and construction. I have their Ristretto for the iPad 2 with the Absolute shoulder strap.
I am truly amazed at the amount of 'stuff' I can carry with the bag along with my iPad 2. They have many styles of bags designed for laptops and should have one for your Asus 16".

Note, these bags are not inexpensive. However for the money you spend you get exceptional quality. If I had to buy a bag for another iPad, I'd get the same one again, hands down. Here is a link to their website. Their customer service is top notch as well.
