looking for a piece of probably less common steel tubing

Does anybody sell a piece within these parameters, without getting into custom manufacturing? I can make it myself, but it will take some time and finesse.

1) Any steel will do. Aluminum, brass, or copper, will not. Titanium, I don't even want to think of the prices involved.
2) Length of the tube: 3 inches minimum. If it's longer, I can cut off shorter sections, but I don't need 8 feet of it.
3) Inside diameter: from 0.040 to 0.070 inches.
4) Outside diameter: from 0.16 to 0.24 inches.
