For some of our knives. Not a hobby shop but a maker than can produce between 500 and 1500 sheaths at a time. If someone wants to start a Kydex business and they have the skills to do it, we can keep you busy and making money! If anyone has any suggestions on a production Kydex maker please let us know.

Id love to be that person..... Im just getting into kydex so unfortunatly it cant be me...

On Scene Tactical maybe? Buy Brown?

Dave Brown at Buy Brown is a stand up guy from my dealings with him. I know he had some huge projects in the past, so I know he has done big jobs.

Hi Jeff,

Send me a e-mail :)

Theres the man for the job ^^^^.

Every sheath Ive ever owned from D. Brown has been fantastic.

They are busy as can be with firearm holster orders, but they are in the process of upgrading their manufacturing capacity and make the best kydex stuff in the world IMO.

Might be worth a shot. Tell them Tom F from MI sent you.

David, just sent you an email and copied my partner, Mike Perrin, and our manufacturer, Shon Rowen. Mike is the side of RAT Cutlery that deals with all sheathing. He can bring you up to speed and start getting some samples to you for quoting. What we really need to work on is this new large knife we are going to be shipping at SHOT show.

I smell a 10" RAT with kydex molded around it. :D

I hope the sheath has some kind of drop leg leather or cordura system to it. I've found the flexibility is nice compared to a straight tek or molle lock.

Mike is working on a cordura half that occupies the top part of the sheath.

i personally have used, and can whole heartadly state...
BB BROWN, MASHED CAT, and STEELNUTS Sheaths...ROCK!

good luck with the quest!

as usual, please keep us posted!

looking forward to it!

CAN'T WAIT!!!!!:D
