Looking for a short ink and stylus pen

I'm looking for a pen to replace my Retro 1951 Twin Tornado. It needs to be a little shorter than a standard pen, say 4" or less. It needs to have both a regular ink tip and a stylus tip. I would strongly prefer that both be either retractable or covered.

Can anyone give me some suggestions that meet all of those requirements? I suppose I could just get another Twin Tornado, but variety is always nice...

There is a chrome and a black Fisher Bullet pen with a stylus tip on the cap. The ink tip is covered, but the stylus is not.

I have sometimes seen for sale stylus tips of the size of the small Cross refills, these can be put in pens designed originally for two or more refills, such as those with blue and red ink, or blue, red and pencil, etc., also I have seen some that come with them already, sorry I don't have a link, they should be carried by large stationary shops.
