Looking for a small camper

Most of the RV classifieds only carry stuff from dealers and I've pretty much exhausted craigslist. So I figured , why not ask here

I'm looking for a small camper in the 16 ft or smaller range with at least a potty . Prefer a bathroom for the wifey.

I'm in SW Va.

are you lookin for a personal sale or suggestions?

here in richmond area there is a big dealer called Rolling Hills RV. just south of ashland,va. me and my girlfriend were looking into maybe getting into the concessions business and were looking at them last summer. in my own search... i found pull behinds seemed to most worth-while. why have a huge bus and still have to pull a car behind that... or be "stuck" at a campsite. also it seemed that the bathrooms were over-rated. i mean... you cant crap in it and to pay for pump out just pee is a little much. look into a camping/boating toilet. even a natural composting toilet seems better than those offered on the campers. so called "toy haulers" looked the best. big open inside with fold down or permanent beds, some had toilets and small kitchens in the front with the huge pull down ramp in the back. some even have big net "porches" that extend down with the ramp giving you almost ten more feet of "indoors". sorry if it doesnt help much but id need more info into what you want to do with it exactly...

Thanks for the info Chuck. I was mainly hoping that someone here on the forums has one that they would like to sell. Looking for something small enough to be pulled with my old f-150 up the 40 degree incline on my driveway. That why I was asking about something under 20 feet.
Looking for something that I can use to visit family and friends wthout imposing on them.
