Ok so here goes. I'm looking for a specific knife shape/design. It needs to be of higher than basic quality so run of the mill cheapy $30.00 fixed blades are kinda not interesting to me. Not that it need be a Busse Custom worth $1K either. Looking for a fixed balde, with real spear point (Meaning it's symmetrical on both sides), single edged, generous finger guard, No rear guard, about a 6 to 7 inch blade, comfortable in all grips (so can't have any finger grooves or sub hilts or anything like that, and as for the spear point I like a nice broad point rather than a needle like dagger point. At least 3/16ths thick if not .25". Good steel, (154CM, VG-10, S30V, S90V, L6, 3V, 1095, A2, M2, and the like). Prefer micarta grips, but rubber overmold is cool, G-10 is ok as long as it's aggressive. Would love to hear any suggestions. I may just contact one of our wonderful makers here and have it made to spec. But if there was a quality production model out there I'd be interested in seeing it.
