Looking for a specific traditional pattern..

Hey, guys, I'm looking for a specific traditional folder and maybe I could get some suggestions.
Basically, I want a GEC Viper but I can't seem to find any right now.
Is there any other traditionals that have a single wharncliffe blade shape and possibly Micarta scales? Or would I be better off buying a cheaper one and grinding down the blade profile?

Case makes at least one single-blade wharncliffe, the Sway Back Gent. A bit smaller than the Viper, I believe. I've never seen them in micarta, but they do offer Kirinite (acrylic) as a synthetic cover option (plus a variety of bone choices, of course).

Edited to add: At least two -- I forgot about the wharncliffe Copperlock. I've seen those in Delrin (another synthetic option) and bone.

Just be patient, you will find one after not too long. You won't be satisfied with anything else, trust me.

You could look for a Lone Wolf Loveless City Knife on the secondary market. Green canvas micarta scales and a modified wharncliffe blade.

I was also looking for a viper. I never was quick enough on the exchange, and began looking for an alternative. The sway back gent looked similar, but was also hard to find for me. I recently found sway back Jacks for a really reasonable price, and decided to try one. It just came in, and while smaller than anticipated, I'm liking it so far. Lmk if it might be something you're interested in, and I can let you know where I purchased it from online
