Looking for a specific whittler layout

I was not sure whether to put this in traditional folders or here. Sorry if i guessed wrong. I need some advice. I have spend hours researching and now my head is just spinning.

I am looking for an affordable but well made, think Rough Rider or similar, pocket knife for fireside whittling. I have XL hands so would like something close to a 4" handle. I have been looking for a knife with a clip, sheepsfoot or wharncliffe, and pen blades. A coping would be welcome but just bonus material. I know Case makes such a beast in the medium stockman but they are out of my price range right now although I may just have to wait until one can be worked into the budget.

I found this layout in a knife by Frost Wild Turkey Cutlery but can not find out much info on the company or the steel used so am dubious. Seems as though most knives in this configuration are sub 3" size or have a spey instead of the pen like most RR stockman knives. Or they replace the clip with a spear point.

Any suggestions folks? I need to keep it under $25 as I just bought 2 new Beckers and an old Camilus before the whittler bug bit me. I do not mind used, and in fact, plan to hit a fleamarket this weekend where an old fellow has a lot of old knives. I just need to know what to look for. I do not care about collectibility or rarity either.

I appreciate the assistance.

I don't have one, and am not familiar with them at all, but my impression is that the Opinel folders are some of the best whittlers you can get.

I have read great things about the Opinels and prices are sweet too. I am new to whittling and not sure what style of blades can do what thus am looking at a multi blade knife to experiment with several styles. these seemed like the most useful ones to start with.

USA-made Old Timer knives have several patterns that might interest you and be in your price range (lightly used). The large stockman, 8OT, for example, has a sheepsfoot blade, pen blade, and clip point. That's a nice variety for whittling. The smaller and more common 34OT has the same blade configuration, but probably too small according to your size preference.
Quick comparison scan showing the OT sizes: From top to bottom as memory serves: 108OT, 34OT, 8OT, 61OT, 858OT

Boker has an excellent whittler pattern. About $50 new, you can likely find a used one for half that. Coping blade, pen blade, and clip point.

I appreciate the suggestions everyone. I am currently looking into blade thickness. Does a thinner blade make a better whittler/carver? Also, how useful is a clip point blade going to be if I already have a sheepsfoot or wharncliffe, pen and maybe either a coping or spear point? Learning so much here!
