Looking for a Spike Hawk harness...

I want to find a shoulder harness for a HB spike hawk (dimensions 6x6 roughly). Ive seen them before but cant find em now. They were like Priscos canoe harnesses (see link), EXCEPT, the hawk hung handle down and were fringed along the bottom. Anyone else seen them about? btw, I believe the Rowe sheath IS a haft down sheath.
