I have about a 400 dollar budget for this knife but that is top end. Like to stay under 4 inches of blade but that does not mean it has to be 4 inches. As for steel not too picky like to stay with a more recent steels. Im a huge fan of s30v and M390. Weight is not a real big issue with me. Let me know your suggestions and thanks for your time.

Spyderco Chokwe. Or Small Sebenza Insingo. If you add $10 you can get a Large Sebenza Insingo.
Honestly though if you're looking for a good knife, 3.5" blade, s30v, Ti Frame Lock, Wharncliffe style blade, wicked slicer and edc, under $200, the Chokwe can't be beat.

Of course a Sebenza is always the best though.

Hmm never seen a insingo. Im going to look in to it ive only had the standard blade shapes. They seem to be hard to find I might give CRK a call and see about getting one direct.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Boker Plus S2 I got from BladeHQ. The flipper action is fantastic, the lockup is solid and the blade profile is very useful. The handle ergos are very comfortable and it's made to slice with that belly length and FFG tapering to a nice edge and there are no studs to get in the way. I bought it specifically for the blade profile actually. It's a smidgeon rough in some areas but that is because it's a Boker Plus and a $50 knife but it functions very well, or at least the one if got does. I like it and lot and it's $50-ish bucks:

Or:

Spyderco Yojimbo 2. I recently received this new Yojimbo 2 from Howe's. This knife ROCKS. One of the best $105 values I have ever purchased. Here she is:

I've never seen a insingo in person How does the blade perform and ya a Tilt would be awesome but I would feel bad beating the crap out of it. wow 450 to 500 on the Bay for a Tilt

I want to say that I think the Boker S2 is a good knife too. I have one and I was pleasantly surprised with it.
