Looking for an indoor/outdoor factory knife with flat grind satin blade, smooth wood grip, HRC 60+

I have other similar knives, and could probably get a custom knife, but for now I'm really looking for a production knife that satisfies that specific criteria.

I've found some that are close - Helle Nordlys FG has everything but the hardness, Lionsteel has a few but the wood handles are all machine textured, etc

Anything under $300, 3 to 6", stainless steel...or relatively stainless like Sleipner.
