Does anyone know where a person can get an Opinel 118 chef knife? I saw where some people on here speak highly of them, but I'm having a hard time sourcing one.

Any tips on sharpening them?

It comes sharper than standard Opinel folding knives do, so I don't think it would need much (if any) work out of the box. I'd just use a medium diamond stone (I'd reach for my DMT coarse/fine Diafold) and have at it. It's a full-height convex grind, but nice and thin. Just sharpen it like any other chef's knife.
