Looking for contact information for Rossignol

I just uncovered a box of knives I stored at my parents when I left for basic and after the past 2 years I have some rust to clean off. However the worst is that one of my favorite knives, a Laguiole Rossignol is broken. I have searched the net and contacted a few dealers who referred me here. I did a search and can't find anything.
I am hoping someone can point me to a contact where I can reach the manufacturer and find out about getting the knife repaired or failing that, a knifemaker who can repair/replace the spring without charging an arm and a leg. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
