Looking for custom knife/maker

I am looking to talk to someone about pricing for a custom knife and/or if they can do what I want. Here's what I'm thinking:

M390 or CTS-204P
I really like stonewash over polished, it keeps from showing fingerprints
Carbon fiber scale
Some titanium if necessary
ball bearing with flipper
I want a custom knife inspired by ZT 0452CF and 0562CF but, you know, to be its own knife.
I'm located in PA if there is anyone nearby.

I don't know what this will cost but I have a feeling it may be an, "if you have to ask you can't afford it" item.
