This one looks cool. I don't own it, just came across. Some Swiss cheese for you

This! The Swiss Border Guard by Klōtzli. This knife is fantastic.
This knife has actually been around for a while. Were harder to aquire. We are just seeing them in Canada now.
This is a quality product.

If you like CRK’s. You will like the SBG.
Guaranteed. Swiss excellence. Its a button lock too! :D

Edited... retracted suggestion outside your criteria. Good luck on the hunt!

I had a Spartan Blades Pallas a while back and I liked it. Not much of a flipper but a great thumbstud opener.

At first, I was going to suggest something by Extrema Ratio.

They fit the bill for "something different", but (near as I can tell), they use a liner-style lock with a stop tab that can be rotated out into the path of the liner.

Protech, maybe? Although, they don't quite make it to your length requirements....

Shoot. This is harder than it looks.

Honestly, I think abbazaba has the right idea. Freeman 451, for the win.

A few more options:

Buck 110
Buck Marksman
Hogue EX01
Hogue EX03
Hogue EX04
Hogue X5
LionSteel TM1
+ a million autos from everybody

I'm really digging the milled blue handle. Hopefully they will still be available after the new year, my knife budget is done for the year.

Though I'm not a big fan of the company Drop/Massdrop, I have to admit I love their collaboration knives. This one being made in the USA and by Protech just sweetens the deal.

Also by Drop is the Perpetua, axis type lock made by Millit knives, though slightly smaller than OP wanted, 3.25" blade.

Plus- the Protech Mordax is 20cv and the Millit Perpetua is nitro V!!!
