Isn't that just about every Kershaw knife?

The Benchmade 300SN is their only flipper and just came out and should meet your specs.

For something light and pocket friendly, how about the CRKT Ripple or Eros Ken Onion designs? I'm partial to these for light duty, business attire-friendly carry sometimes (they're non-assisted, but with IKBS they're fun to flip). They come in two sizes, one just under 3" and one just over. There is a cheaper liner lock version as well (the aluminum scale one). These are on the girly side compared to some already mentioned, but since the usual suspects have been covered (heavier knives like the southard or 300sn) I thought I'd add them as a curveball option for you.

I second the CRKT Ripple recommendation. Awesome knives for the money.

<3" unassisted framelock flipper...

aside from the Ripple and Hinderer, the only other one I can think of is the smaller JYD.
