I'm not sure, but I don't think this falls under "Gadget and Gear" Sorry if I'm wrong!
What I'd like to really find out if good caviar is worth it to me, but I don't want to start out with Grade A+ Beluga caviar that costs a forture. Instead, I'd like something that's less expensive, and will give me an idea if I would enjoy fine and/ or finer caviars. I think this probably means something in the sturgeon family, but which? Osetra, paddlefish, American? Russian? Iranian?
All help and info is greatly appreciated!
I'd like to keep the price around $20, but I'll pay up to $50 if I need to!
BTW.... I really enjoy Salmon caviar, but I know the taste is completely different, right?
Reputable online Vendor suggestions welcome. Thanks!
(Also, I suggest JustCaviar for Salmon caviar, good caviar, great prices on eBay, Amazon, and I think they have their own website too.)

You don't want most Russian caviar these days; they've pushed up production levels and quality is way down.

Iranian caviar? Iranian anything? No.

I don't have the URLs with me, but google Sterling Farms Caviar. This is farm-raised in America and is now considered among the best in the world. They have some lower cost options. Also google czar nicholas caviar. They have some very nice options.
