Looking for Guidance

Hello, I hope this is not out of line.

After using and collecting knives for many years, I am attempting to start making them. There is a lot of knowledge that I need to attain and I learn best by doing.

I was wondering if there were any makers in the Chattanooga, TN/Dalton, GA area that would consider being a mentor. If this sounds like it would interest you, please send me a PM or email and we can go from there.
