Looking for help identifying and making out of this makers mark on a old broadaxe

Just go into the axe collecting and figured I'd look for some makers marks on some in collection. Got myself to a headache trying to completely make out the names stamped on this broad axe. I feel like its just putting the right angle against light away from me. Any attempt on solving is very appreciated. I started by seeing as WHEATLY

But considering the latter to be WIZTER but see kinda see some more to before and after each line each

Try shining a low level light across the surface at a low angle, in the dark works best.
