Looking for help identifying maker?

Hi all, came here for the soul purpose of asking for help identifying the maker? Of this beautiful blade with elk handle and custom spine work.

One side has a guy shooting archery and under it says trail 1, while on the other side is a bullseye with a knife inside and under that says USA.
It is numbered 50 of 250

And I cannot seem to add photos?
