Looking for help to ID this tang mark!

I am hoping someone can help. This was my late husbands knife. I am totally ignorant about knife stamps but I have spent the last week searching and cannot find anything about this knife. There is no name stamp on the knife - just the bird. Any help is appreciated!

Yellow bone maybe, or possibly Delrin.....or some other sort of yellow composite material. Hard to tell from the pictures.

Looks like a Queen made small stockman pattern.
Don't bother with a "local shop".....Most don't know squat about knives or knife makers. They just buy and sell for profit.
Don't let anybody try to buy it either until you find out if its actually worth anything.
