Looking for Info on a maker named "Kohler"

I have a sheath knife about 20-30 years old with a logo of "JMK" connected inside an oval. I was told that it might belong to J Mark Kohler out of Sugarland, Texas. Does anyone have any information about this maker? What does his mark look like? I would appreciate anything I can find out in relationship to this knife. I have a photo of the knife and mark but don't know how to post it. Thanks.

I looked in the Annuals: 1981, 1987, 1997. No mention at all, or any 'K' maker with a logo bearing those initials.
