Looking for info on a WE knife

Hey guys, I have no experience with this company but have read many positive reviews even from their budget line. The particular knife I have in mind is the 617F with tan handles, which is one of their budget models. If any of you have experience with this particular knife, I would like to know what you think about it.
Is their budget line worth the money? How good is WE D2 steel?
Is the budget WE knife quality as good as their higher end line?

I have that exact knife (617F) and I would say it's definitely worth the money. Same quality as their more expensive knives from what I've seen. The D2 steel is well done and holds a good edge.
