I have had this knife for some time and I recently dug it out of a box in the basement. I looked online and have found no real information, other than that the maker is from Northern Kentucky or Southern Ohio. So I was wondering if you guys could help me out. It is stamped Briar and there is a number 538 right near the choil area. And I'm pretty sure its some type of leather handle, it's marred up a bit as I threw it a few times when I was younger. Any info would be much appreciated. Sorry for the pics my camera took a dump so they are cell phone pix.
