Looking for info on Helle-steel

Hi all; after a few months of knife-restraint I couldn't help myself and bought a Helle Eggen 75 during my hiking-trip in Norway and Sweden.

It just says Helle Eggen 75 Laminated stainless steel -the dividing line is clearly visible on the grinded section- so if anyone could help me out...? It's a nice, reasonably inexpensive yet sturdy-feeling fixed-blade with a plain, yet anatomically shaped birchwood handle; a 3.75 inch blade and a burgundy, nicely fitting leather sheath.
 
Helle knives are definite users and will last a long time...

I 2nd the vote above for Ragnar - he is a great guy making a great product.
