Looking for info

Hi guys. Not sure if this would be the right section for this but here we go... I found an old knife in my grandfathers effects and was hoping for some info on it. The writing is possibly Hungarian. Any help would be appreciated.

sorry if I am stating the obvious but that is morse code with the w,q, & x missing. Was he in the Navy??
edit - looked up some of the writing. it is hungarian but the words don't make sense to me, it says error,mistake,announcement & some I can't make out
