Looking for Ivory

Hello Fellow Sebenzanistas,

I need your help!

For the last couple of months Ive been searching for both a Mnandi and a small Sebenza with mammoth ivory. I posted in Knives Wanted. Ive called or emailed most dealers. I called CRK.

No luck!

I would appreciate if anyone that has either one or knows of one to drop me an email. I have cash or a few nice CRKs to trade, including a numbered Mnandi born on 9/11/01.

There was a guy on knifeforums 3 or 4 months ago that had an ivory mnandi forsale, Still had it available last I knew.

A search KF might turn it up.

The Bright Edge has a really nice Mnandi w/Mammoth Ivory inlay and a gold wire/diamond insert. I recently purchased an Mnandi w/Mammoth Ivory from TBE and I was stunned at the great price quoted by Robert. Guys, thanks for the leads on the Mnandis. Unfortunately, none panned out.

I'm looking for plain ivory, no diamonds.

bladeart.com claims to have an ivory mnandi "on hold". It might be worth a check if you haven't already.

I got my small classic ivory on an Ebay store. I can't recall the name of the seller at the moment, but he had a couple over the course of 6 months or so I had been looking at them. The knife wasn't listed in the bidding section, but in the Seller's store. I can check my receipt for the name if you want to drop me an email.

Another way to go is for you to contact Lisa at CRK and ask if you find the ivory, will she do the inlay. I had almost done this a while ago, but decided on another sebenza.
