Spyderco Gayle Bradley Not a frame-lock or ti scales but you seem open to ideas. Very attractive carbon fiber and one of the best pure cutters out there. M4 steel is pretty beastly too, but is not stainless. Look up reviews on youtube. Comes in under your budget as well.
This Spyderco Sage 2...titanium slabs, 3" S30V blade-steel, my favorite Spyderco model...as is evident from my stack of four NIB examples.
I've gone thru many folders, many brands...nothing beats this one, IMO. ...and the price is fine...
A dpx hest? G10/ti lock side. Or scour the exchange and score something that would have cost you more new, maybe aspyderco burch chubby. Those things look sick.
Not a big fan of both scales.in titanium. Rather.cold in the hand this time of year. Have a look at Al Mar knives. Solidly built, smooth as silk opening and visually appealing
I'd second the Kizer 3404A3. Impeccable fit and finish and premium materials, amazing flipper, and ridiculously cheap for what you're getting. If you're interested in something on the smaller side, the Spyderco Techno is well regarded.
